Youtuber’s survival crisis: a critical drop in revenue / Angry Youtubers are moaning.

As most of you know already, a Youtuber is a person who uploads videos on Youtube.
The income increases as the number of views does. So, the more popular Youtubers are able to gain more money.
Some top class Youtubers are actually millionaires living in luxury homes.
However, this sharp drop in revenue left many of them in agony, according to buzz-plus.

・130,000 video plays and only 160 Yen / 1 Dollar 50 cents??

You used to be able to earn good cash from Youtube, but this sudden drop in revenue left some full-time Youtubers at a level where they can’t make a decent living.
One Youtuber reported that his video has been played for more than 13,000 times, but only paid for 16 Yen, or 15 cents.
Multiplied by 10, that would mean only 160 Yen or 1 Dollar 50 cents for 130,000 plays.

・Some voices of sympathy are heard for lamenting Youtubers

Other Youtubers report that “Revenue dropped by 90%” “Revenue became zero”.
Panicking and despairing Youtubers are somewhat sympathized, especially Full-time ones that quit their own normal jobs for filming themselves.

They better start job hunting.
