Vitamins don’t really contribute to health !?

According to BMJ Open’s paper in 2018 http://dx.doi.org/10.1136/bmjopen-2020-039119: A study has been conducted on “multivitamin” supplements. It concluded that they are totally ineffective for preventing heart disease and stroke. In addition, they are not only “ineffective in preventing illness”, but doesn’t boost your healthiness in any way. The paper pointed out that vitamin tablets have no positive effect at all. Strange looking yam is harvested in Japan
Many countries love eating yam, as it is has good compatible with many dishes. However, I doubt you have ever seen one like this. According to Yahoo news, Shigeo Takagi, 73 years old living in Kawamata Town Kogami has harvested this peace-sign like yam. It was about 50 centimeters long and was harvested in his field just next to his house. He has harvested U-shaped yams but never a peace-sign yam. A suddenly emerging bear eats 140 kilograms of apple in a plantation
On the morning of November 4th 2020, a bear suddenly showed up in an apple plantation in Yamagata-ken, Japan.
