Strong wind destroys solar panel

It’s winter season in Japan, and very cold, strong wind is blowing.

This morning, a strong wind blew this solar panel down.

It crashed 2 cars and injured 1 woman.

In both images, you can see that the solar panel is placed on unsteady platforms.

It is pretty predicable that wind or earthquake can easily destroy the solar panel device …
