Tokyo, Japan enters 3rd lockdown … !!!

Tokyo enters the 3rd lockdown from April 24, 2021. This is 8:00 pm on the first day in Shibuya, where some lights in have gone out.
This is because the Tokyo Metropolitan Government requested that the signboards and neon lights in front of the store
be turned off.

The photo shows the scrambled intersection in Shibuya, which is darker than usual due to reduced lighting.
