Skytree takes on 3 thunderbolts to protect Tokyo citizens

Tokyo Skytree is a radio tower (transmission station) located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.


It is a symbol of Tobu Railway and the Tobu Group.


It was completed on February 29, 2012, and opened as a radio tower and tourist facility in May of the same year.


Sightseeing / commercial facilities and office buildings are attached, and the surrounding facilities including the radio tower are called “Tokyo Sky Tree Town”.


The nearest stations are Tokyo Skytree Station and Oshiage Station.
