7-eleven battle between franchise owner and direct store

7-Eleven Japan, one of the 3 major convenience stores, is suing a former franchise store owner.

Not just that, but the headquarters side has opened a temporary store built in the parking lot of the former franchise store, on the morning of the May 4th.

This is such an unusual situation where two stores stand on the same premise, separated with a small partition.

The former franchise store owner repulses, “I will never give in to such a brute force.”

Comments:

・Wow, this is strange.

・The customers must be confused …

・Ha! You were fooled, that store was a decoy ….

・That isn’t very polite …

・It may be legally okay, but what about ethics?

・You can be charged for the construction of a new store? Isn’t 7-Eleven doing too much?

・Charging the money used for harassment … that is completely mad or psychopath …
