Tokyo Skytree is a radio tower (transmission station) located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. It is a symbol of Tobu Railway and the Tobu Group. It was completed on February 29, 2012, and opened as a radio tower and tourist facility in May of the same year. Sightseeing / commercial facilities and office buildings are attached, and the surrounding facilities including the radio tower are called “Tokyo Sky Tree Town”. Ryosuke Gion (@twelveO2twelve), a representative of the jeans brand “Rockwell Japan”, has completed a daunting challenge. He dug a hole in his yard for 1 year, and decorated it like a miner’s hut.
