Many people drink vitamin tablets and snacks with vitamin in them, in hope of a healthier lifestyle. According to BMJ Open’s paper in 2018 http://dx.doi.org/10.1136/bmjopen-2020-039119: A study has been conducted on “multivitamin” supplements. It concluded that they are totally ineffective for preventing heart disease and stroke.
